For the 30th birthday of the EARS (English and American Rhenish Scholars) network, the departments of English of the universities of Basel, Freiburg, Mulhouse and Strasbourg will be revisiting the principle of the postgraduate workshop, with roundtables, speed networking, reflections on the history of English as a scholarly discipline, and opportunities to set up intercultural collaborations between postgraduate researchers."
